സൂര്യ ടിവി ചാനലിൽ സംപ്രേഷണം ചെയ്യുന്ന മലയാള ഭാഷാ ടിവി സീരിയലാണ് നാഗകന്യക. 2021 ഫെബ്രുവരി 8 മുതൽ ഷോ ചാനലിൽ പ്രീമിയറിംഗ് ആരംഭിച്ചു. തിങ്കൾ മുതൽ വെള്ളി വരെ വൈകുന്നേരം 6 മുതൽ 6:30 വരെ അരമണിക്കൂറോളം ഇത് സംപ്രേഷണം ചെയ്തു. ഏജിത കപൂർ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച നാഗിൻ എന്ന ഹിന്ദി സീരിയലിൽ നിന്നാണ് ഇത് ഡബ്ബ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ബാലാജി ടെലിഫിലിംസിന് കീഴിൽ ശോഭാ കപൂറിനൊപ്പം ഇത് നിർമ്മിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. സാന്ദ്രം വർമ്മയും രഞ്ജൻ കുമാർ സിങ്ങും ചേർന്നാണ് ഇത് സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തത്. കളേഴ്സ് ടിവിയിൽ ആദ്യം പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഇത് 2019 ഡിസംബർ 14 മുതൽ 2020 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 8 വരെ 37 എപ്പിസോഡുകളുമായി സംപ്രേഷണം ചെയ്തു. മാന്യതയായി സയന്താനി ഘോഷ്, കേശവായി ഷാലിൻ ഭനോട്ട്, ബ്രിന്ദയായി നിയാ ശർമ്മ, ദേവ് പാരിഖായി വിജയേന്ദ്ര കുമേരിയ, ജയാസ്മിൻ ഭാസിൻ, നയാന്താര, റഷാമി ദേശായി, ശാലക, സുരഭ്യ ജ്യോതി എന്നിവരാണ് പരമ്പരയിലെ പ്രധാന അഭിനേതാക്കൾ. വിശാഖയായി ഹസാനന്ദനി.

Nagakanyaka is a Malayalam language TV serial that airs on the channel Surya TV. The show started premiering on the channel on 8 February 2021. It aired from Monday to Friday for half an hour from 6 pm to 6:30 pm. It is dubbed from the Hindi serial Naagin that was created by Ekta Kapoor, who also produced it along with Shobha Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms. It was directed by Santram Varma and Ranjan Kumar Singh. It was originally released on Colors TV and aired from 14 December 2019 to 8 August 2020 with a total of 37 episodes. The main cast of the series included Sayantani Ghosh as Maanyata, Shalin Bhanot as Keshav, Nia Sharma as Brinda, Vijayendra Kumeria as Dev Parikh, Jasmin Bhasin as Nayantara, Rashami Desai as Shalaka, Adaa Khan as Shesha, Surbhi Jyoti as Shravani, and Anita Hassanandani as Vishakha.
The supporting roles were played by the following members; Kaveri Ghosh, Farida Patel, Sanjay Gandhi, Geetanjali Tikekar, Manan Chaturvedi, Rakhi Vijan, Hetal Puniwala, Lakshay Khurana, Himani Sahani, Parree Pande, Aparna Kumar, Sikandar Kharbanda, Ankur Verma, Tushar Dhembla, Swati Anand, Kunal Singh, Disha Kapoor, Mandeep Kumar, Supriya Shukla, Ankit Bathla, Pria Tandon, Richa Rathore, Ratnakar Nadkarni, Sanjay Gagnani, Afreen Alvi, Nisha Nagpal, and Hina Khan. The story starts with a Nagakanyaka Maanyata from the Sheshnaag clan. She falls in love with a human named Keshav and renounces her powers to get married to him. She gives birth to a girl child and names her Nayantara. The Parikh family kills Keshav out of personal vendetta. Maanyata’s parents had a curse due to which she and her daughter have to wait till her daughter becomes 25 to gain their powers.
After turning 25, Nayantara does not get her powers, but Maanyata does. It is revealed that Nayantara is not her biological daughter. Her biological daughter is Brinda, who is switched at birth with Nayantara. Brinda grows up with a priest family, who are friends with the Parikh family. Nayantara, jealous of Brinda, tries to kill her but fails. The Parikh family discovers that Nayantara is Maanyata’s daughter and kill her. However, Vishaka (the villain from the third season) returns for the Naagamani and saves Nayantara, as she was born on Aashlesha star and can touch the Naagamani. Dev, the son of one of the murderers, is also born on that star. He accidentally touches the Naagamani, and it goes to him. Furious, Vishaaka contains Nayantara in a pillar. Meanwhile, Brinda learns of her true identity and that of her mother, Maanyata.
